Customized dog tag

Create a unique customized dog tag necklace. 

The dog tag is sublimated on and double sided. You may upload one picture for both sides or 2 separate pictures. 

The chain is a stainless steel ball chain. It will come as a 20in. Chain unless you request a different size.
