Rush order policy & added fee


We understand that sometimes you need your items in a hurry. To accommodate urgent requests, we offer a Rush Order service, subject to the following terms and conditions:


  1. Eligibility: The availability of Rush Orders depends on the current production capacity and stock levels. Please contact our customer service team to confirm availability before placing your order.
  2. Processing Time: Rush Orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours from the time the order is confirmed and payment is received. Standard production times may vary based on the complexity of the customization and the type of item ordered.
  3. Rush Order Fee: An additional fee of $10 will be applied to each Rush Order to cover expedited production and handling. This fee is non-refundable and will be added to the total order cost at checkout.
  4. Shipping: Rush Orders will be shipped via our express shipping service to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Shipping times will vary based on the destination but are typically within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping rates apply.
  5. Payment: Full payment, including the Rush Order fee and shipping costs must be received before production begins. 
  6. Returns & Cancellations: Due to the expedited nature of Rush Orders, Cancellations and returns are not accepted. Please review your order carefully before proceeding. 
  7. Exclusions: Some items or customizations may not be eligible for Rush Order due to their complexity or production requirements. Our customer service team will inform you if any exclusions apply to your order.
